Creative Assistant Position

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Type: Part-Time, Monthly Stipend
Availability: Must have a car and flexibility to travel around LA & attend events/shoots

I’m looking for a Creative Assistant who can help manage my creative outputs and online presence. This isn’t about administrative tasks—it's about getting hands-on experience in the creative process, learning how to run multiple creative businesses, and helping me maintain and enhance my brand across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow my social media presence across multiple platforms.

  • Content Creation: Design simple assets like posters and invites, assist with filming and photography, and edit content using tools like Final Cut and Photoshop.

  • Website & Newsletter Management: Regularly update my Squarespace website and manage Mailchimp newsletters.

  • Team Communication: Collaborate with my various teams to ensure smooth creative operations.

  • Event & Shoot Support: Attend events and shoots with me, assisting in all creative aspects.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of social media and account management across multiple platforms.

  • Familiarity with editing tools like Final Cut, Photoshop, etc.

  • Ability to design simple assets such as posters, invites, etc.

  • Experience managing Squarespace websites and Mailchimp newsletters.

  • Strong copywriting skills.

  • Good photography and filming skills.

  • Flexibility to travel around LA and attend events/shoots with me.

  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about creativity.
